| Answer: | Our overhead costs are much lower than those of most standard funeral homes, so we do not have to charge as much for the same (actually, better) service. Why we say that our service is 'better': For most funeral homes that are geared toward burial services, cremation is treated as secondary. Since cremation is our main focus, you will always be our top priority. We work hard to make the process as simple, efficient, and prompt as possible for you. |
| Question #3 | Why are there some cremations advertised cheaper than yours? |
| Answer: | Our price for direct cremation service (which is all-inclusive with no hidden charges) is about $1,000 less than the Houston average. We feel that this is a fair price that allows us serve you as our top priority. The websites of some of the 'cheaper' services say that their prices are "subject to change without notice" or that "certain restrictions may apply" to their prices, which may indicate hidden charges or that they will handle the direct cremation only when it is convenient for them, when they are not working on something more important. There is a definite difference between our inexpensive, high-quality service and a 'cheap' cremation. |
